Standard Returns
Mail or call our Customer Service and give the order details.
Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip, and be sent prepaid in original packaging.
Requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
Items Special Ordered or orders held longer than 15 days may not be eligible.
Responsibility & Limitations
Credit is only issued for returnable stock items and product defects.
We are not liable for damage caused during transit—please notify the carrier immediately if you suspect shipping damage.
